1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (fresh, consumable goods), we do not accept returns on used or opened coffee bags. However, we’ll gladly replace or refund orders that meet the following conditions:

  • Item was damaged during shipping

  • You received the wrong product

  • Product was defective or unusable upon arrival


2. Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a return, refund, or replacement, please:

  • Contact us at info@mochaheights.com within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.


3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


4. Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. No need to return the incorrect product unless otherwise requested.


5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used coffee bags

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Orders made with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
